Position: IT Specialist Entry Level
Contract Details: Parttime Professional Services Contract
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled IT specialist to join our team. This is an entrylevel position perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to our remote team for hardware software and networkrelated issues
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner
Install configure and maintain computer systems networks and other related equipment
Assist with the implementation of new IT solutions and upgrades
Conduct regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance
Document and maintain accurate records of all ITrelated activities
Collaborate with team members and other departments to identify and implement process improvements
Keep uptodate with industry trends and advancements in technology to provide the best solutions to clients
Adhere to company policies and procedures including security protocols to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of client data
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone that is finishing his career in computer science.
Experience in VOIP phone systems and good experience in managing Microsoft Excel emails and setting up Teams accounts.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and networks
Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask
Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
Fluency in English and Spanish is required

4. Must have USB Headsets
5. Must have a LAN Cable connection
Schedule: Ability to work MondayFriday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Costa Rica time and alternating weekends with the team.
