Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP Manufacturing System Architect to lead manufacturing and production solutions within a leading life sciences organization. This role will drive the design implementation and optimization of SAP Manufacturing solutions ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and a proven track record of leading SAP projects in complex environments.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the design development and deployment of SAP Manufacturing solutions within the organizations digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand manufacturing and production requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Provide technical leadership for SAP Manufacturing implementation including system architecture integration and best practices.
- Ensure SAP Manufacturing configurations comply with industry regulations and production standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of SAP consultants and analysts fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including SAP QM MM SD and PP teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Drive continuous improvements and system enhancements for better efficiency and performance.
- Lead testing validation and documentation efforts to support compliance and business continuity.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP Manufacturing advising on industry trends and innovative solutions.
Qualifications :
- 10 years of experience in SAP with a strong focus on SAP Manufacturing and related modules.
- Proven expertise in leading SAP Manufacturing implementations including configuration integration and deployment.
- Indepth understanding of manufacturing and production processes in the life sciences pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries.
- Proficiency in SAP modules including Production Planning (PP) Quality Management (QM) and Materials Management (MM).
- Experience with regulatory compliance and manufacturing governance in SAP environments.
- Ability to lead and manage project teams providing technical and strategic guidance.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to drive solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
