Job Description
ClickDealer has solidified its position as a leader in performance marketing since 2012 boasting partnerships with over 2000 advertisers across 20 diverse verticals. We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy planning and compliance functions of ClickDealer.
As a key member of the executive team the CFO will work closely with the CEO and department heads to align financial strategy with business objectives and drive operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- 5 years in a senior financial leadership role (CFO VP of Finance Finance Director);
- Experience in affiliate marketing digital advertising or ecommerce;
- Strong knowledge of P&L cash flow budgeting and cost optimization;
- Expertise in IFRS/GAAP tax planning and compliance;
- Proficiency in financial modeling BI tools and automation systems;
- Experience with international transactions and payment processing;
- Strong decisionmaking and riskmanagement skills;
- Ability to lead and collaborate with crossfunctional teams;
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and scalability.
Key responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Risk Management
Develop and execute financial strategies to drive profitability and growth;
Oversee budgeting forecasting cash flow management and P&L performance;
Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies;
Optimize capital allocation to support scalability and investment opportunities; - Financial Reporting & Compliance
Establish transparent financial reporting systems for datadriven decisionmaking;
Ensure compliance with IFRS GAAP and international accounting standards;
Work closely with auditors regulators and legal teams to maintain financial integrity; - Business Growth & Investment Strategy
Support M&A fundraising and partnership opportunities;
Align financial strategy with global expansion and market entry plans;
Work with the leadership team to scale operations and drive longterm value; - Tax & Regulatory Strategy
Develop and implement taxefficient structures for international transactions;
Ensure compliance with local and global tax laws;
Optimize crossborder financial operations and revenue flow; - Cost Optimization & Profitability
Analyze operating costs and identify areas for improvement without sacrificing growth;
Develop and refine commission models payout structures and media buying strategies;
Ensure financial efficiency in affiliate payouts and revenue share agreements.
