Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Assistant Event Coordinator to join our team. This position involves assisting in the planning and of various events ensuring that everything runs smoothly and on schedule. You will work closely with the event coordination team and support them in various tasks related to event setup vendor management and client communication.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and organizing events from start to finish.
  • Coordinate logistics including venue selection catering and transportation.
  • Manage event schedules and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Support in liaising with vendors and suppliers.
  • Handle onsite event coordination ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Provide administrative support to the Event Coordinator and team.
  • Assist in managing event budgets and preparing invoices.

Qualifications :

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Experience in event planning or coordination is preferred but not required.
