Job Description
BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Technician Operator is responsible for the operation maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment and resolve technical issues. The role ensures that all operations run smoothly and efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate and monitor a range of specialized equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and productivity;
- Perform routine maintenance adjustments and minor repairs to maintain the equipment in top condition;
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment multifunction or operational issues and implement appropriate corrective actions;
- Collaborate with the production team to coordinate workflow and maintain efficient production processes;
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and environmental regulations to ensure a safe and compliant work environment;
- Maintain detailed records of equipment performance maintenance activities and production data;
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide suggestions for process enhancements.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- At least SPM/STPM/ Diploma in technical or in related field;
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining with any equipment.
- Good command (both spoken and written) in Malay and English;
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
