- Ensure coffee grades are stored in respective zones with good communication with the warehouse team.
- Zero accidents with days lost and without days lost for LDC Koppa.
- Identify safety hazards in the workplace.
- 100% compliance on PPE use as per the PPE matrix.
- Minimum 2 UC/UA/NM reporting in a month.
- Attend minimum training hours as per the training matrix.
- Adopt good planning in each zones to improve the storage efficiency. Plan third party labour as per the shipment /storage requirement for the effective utilization.
- Ensure no grade mixing at the mill bagging point communicate well with the mill team on particular grade bagging and follow necessary control measures or SOP.
- Organize the safety dialogues / tool box meetings daily / in order to guide employees and avoid work accidents.
- Adherence to Masterplan to certified LDC Koppa with FSSC22000 scheme.
- Should have good involvement in continuous improvement by conducting RCA and Innovation.
- Adopt good jumbo bag stacking practice and improvements in 5S methodology.
- Savings in fuel Cost/MT handling compared to last year.
- Ensure predictive and periodic maintenance of the forklift machine on the scheduled timeline.
- Communicate and enforce the Food Quality and Food Safety management policy.
- Perform other activities inherent to the position according to the request of the immediate superior.
- Monitor corrective actions arising from notifications of incidents or risks audits inspections of control bodies customer complaints and etc. Check the closure of the actions.
- Ensure compliance and dissemination of SHE & Quality policy.
- Perform Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications :
- 10th / ITI or equivalent.
- Kannada is must and English.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Forklift machine operations.
