In this role youll be assisting with various tasks that are crucial to the success of our construction projects including contract management procurement financial administration and documentation control. Your contributions will help ensure the smooth operation of all construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management Support: Assist in managing and tracking contracts ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions and maintaining clear and accurate records.
  • Financial Administration: Support financial tracking budgeting invoicing and reporting ensuring that all financial aspects of projects are accurately managed.
  • Document Control: Oversee the management and organization of project documentation ensuring all records are up to date compliant and easily accessible.
  • Compliance: Ensure all administrative processes align with relevant laws regulations and industry standards.
