About the Role:
As a Data Governance Manager/Consultant at Blue Lobster AB you will work closely with our clients to develop and implement comprehensive data governance programs. You will be responsible for defining data policies establishing data quality standards and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Your expertise will be crucial in helping our clients leverage their data as a strategic asset.
Your Responsibilities May Include:
- Developing and implementing data governance frameworks and policies.
- Establishing and maintaining data quality standards and metrics.
- Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR).
- Conducting data audits and assessments.
- Defining and managing data lineage and metadata.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across various departments to ensure data governance alignment.
- Providing expert advice and guidance on data governance best practices.
- Facilitating data governance meetings and workshops.
- Managing data access and security protocols.
- Creating and maintaining data dictionaries and glossaries.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Data Governance.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing data governance frameworks.
- Expertise in data quality management metadata management and data lineage.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR).
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in working with data governance tools and technologies.
- Experience working as a consultant is a major plus.
- Fluent in Swedish and English both written and spoken.
