Job Description
As the Casino & Sportsbook Content Writer at Gamdom you will be responsible for producing highquality engaging and conversiondriven content across various platforms. This includes writing persuasive CRM communications SEOoptimized articles blog content and customer support messaging. You will collaborate with key departments like CRM VIP SEO Player Support Acquisitions and Affiliates to ensure all content aligns with the brands tone voice and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate is a versatile and skilled writer with expertise in online casino and sportsbook terminology promotions and player engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Onsite Content Creation:
- Write and optimize static pages for casino games sportsbook markets promotions and player guides.
- Refresh and optimize onsite copy to ensure consistency with company messaging and marketing strategies.
Blog & SEO Content:
- Research and write highranking blog posts on industry trends betting strategies and indepth game reviews.
- Produce static page content on key casino topics game guides payment methods and responsible gambling.
- Conduct competitor research and keyword analysis to enhance organic traffic and content visibility.
CRM & VIP Communications:
- Develop engaging promotional content for CRM campaigns including emails promo pages and personalized messages for highvalue players.
- Create VIPspecific communications such as exclusive offers event invitations and retention campaigns.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to ensure clear impactful and conversionoriented messaging.
Player Support & Brand Alignment:
- Maintain a consistent brand tone across helpdesk articles FAQs and customer support content.
- Craft Trustpilot responses player support templates and Discord ticket replies to improve the customer experience.
- Work with the Player Support team to refine agent responses for clarity professionalism and engagement.
Social Media & External Communications:
- Support the social media team with content that drives customer engagement.
- Prepare external content including customer reviews and testimonials to enhance the companys online reputation.
- Assist with video scriptwriting and content integration as needed.
Competitor & Industry Research:
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and analyze competitor strategies to identify content opportunities.
- Conduct keyword research and generate content performance reports to refine content strategies.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in iGaming and sports betting content writing specifically related to casino games betting markets and promotions.
- Strong knowledge of SEO keyword research and content optimization techniques.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity engagement and conversion.
- Ability to produce highquality content at scale while meeting deadlines.
- Experience writing for various customer communication channels including email helpdesk social media and blogs.
- Familiarity with sports betting markets odds and betting strategies is a plus.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across CRM VIP SEO Player Support Acquisitions and Affiliates teams.
