Job Description

Our client leverages cuttingedge software technology to capture data automate payments and provide Big Data intelligence to various sectors including aviation industry. As part of its expansion strategy the company is looking to explore new industries and drive digital transformation through innovative solutions.

We are seeking a highly driven Sales Executive Officer with excellent sales and negotiation skills great customer relationship management and market research analysis knowledge within Kenya. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local business landscape excellent relationship management skills and a strong entrepreneurial mindset. This role requires ownership selfleadership and a proactive approach to identifying and seizing new business opportunities.

Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Sales Strategy &

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Identify market trends customer needs and competitive positioning.
  • Provide insights to enhance sales strategies and business growth.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

  • Actively identify and qualify leads through networking cold calling and referrals.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key prospects to drive longterm business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong clients relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary contact addressing concerns and providing timely solutions.
  • Conduct regular followups to ensure ongoing engagement and loyalty.

Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Lead pricing and contract negotiations to close deals effectively.
  • Develop clientfocused selling strategies to drive value.
  • Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Submit regular sales reports with key performance metrics and forecasts.
  • Use data insights to refine sales strategies and enhance conversion rates.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve personal sales performance.

Collaboration & CrossFunctional Coordination

  • Align sales initiatives with marketing customer support and product teams.
  • Provide market feedback to enhance product development and services.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and postsales support through internal collaboration.

Requirements


Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales preferably in B2B environments.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Experience in the financial services banking fintech or corporate sectors is a plus.

Strong networking and business development capabilities.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales initiatives.

Understanding of digital transformation and enterprise solutions are an advantage.
