Project Planning & : Assist in project scheduling budgeting and resource allocation.
Coordination: Serve as the point of contact between clients designers contractors and vendors.
Vendor & Material Management: Source and coordinate with suppliers for materials furniture and fixtures.
Site Supervision: Oversee onsite work progress ensuring alignment with design plans and timelines.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation including contracts invoices and progress reports.
Quality Control: Ensure project meets design specifications and quality standards.
Issue Resolution: Address any projectrelated challenges and ensure smooth workflow.
Client Communication: Keep clients updated on project progress timelines and any changes.
