Job Description

We are now looking for Service Manager for Pune a West Branch of India who is passionate about working as a Service Manager. In this role you will be responsible for operation management of Pune West India location.

Your key role:

  • Provide leadership and direct all operational field activities and resources including safety customer satisfaction operationally derived quoting/estimating labor and resource planning field operative productivity material requisition/preparation vehicle and equipment management service request and project management.
  • Sustains consistent profitability and growth in own area of responsibility as well as direct resources to continual improvement of key result indicators. Is responsible for customer satisfaction and client relationship management and development.
  • Generates sales leads and operative quoting to the company through daily work and interaction with the customer engages actively with the client.
  • Ensures optimal quality and quantity of the service personnel in own area of responsibility. Cooperates with local educational institutes ensuring the future workforce.
  • Responsible for working on all working capital issues with the regional controllers and ensuring adequate resources are devoted to risk management of working capital.
  • Dealer and Affiliate development quality check on deliveries through active participation.
  • Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards

Qualifications :

Qualification and Experience: B.E (Electrical/Mechanical) 810 years of experience
