Our client is a leading banking company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Strategy Development &
Lead the strategic planning process contributing to the development of the bank s longterm strategy business model customer value propositions (CVP) and financial roadmaps.
Conduct indepth research competitive benchmarking and financial forecasting across:
Macroeconomic trends and regulatory environment.
Industry competitors market positioning and strategic initiatives.
Revenue and profitability drivers.
Oversee the annual strategic planning process collaborating with key stakeholders across the bank.
Spearhead strategic deepdives on highpriority topics to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Develop and maintain a 5year financial model ensuring alignment with the bank s objectives.
Create and deliver internal and external communication materials ensuring strategic clarity across stakeholders.
Leadership Collaboration & Development
Foster crossfunctional collaboration with internal teams and business units to drive strategic alignment.
Cultivate a highperformance team environment ensuring strategic initiatives are effectively executed.
Provide mentorship and coaching to team members to enhance overall strategic capabilities.
Ensure compliance with internal policies regulatory requirements and service quality standards (SLAs).
Actively seek professional development opportunities participating in industry training and executive programs.

Key Stakeholders:
Internal Stakeholders: Chief Strategy Officer Strategy Division Digital Office Transformation Office Finance Business Heads & Planning Teams.
External Stakeholders: Management consulting firms HR consultants tax advisors marketing partners data providers and strategic partners.
Bachelors degree or higher in Economics Finance Business Administration or related fields.
MBA or Master s degree from a foreign university is a plus.
12 years of experience in banking finance or strategy consulting with at least 1 year in an expertlevel position.
Strong knowledge of corporate strategy financial modeling and business performance analysis within the banking sector.
TOEIC 650 or equivalent certification required.
Experience in growth strategy business transformation and operational efficiency improvements.
Strong leadership in team development crossfunctional collaboration and change management.
Capacity to align strategic initiatives with the bank s digital transformation and innovation roadmap.
Familiarity with market intelligence competitor benchmarking and industry trend analysis.
Proficiency in interpreting financial statements forecasting and scenario planning.
Ability to analyze complex business environments and recommend actionable solutions.
