Mission:
As aSustainability Reporting Manager youll collaborate with corporate and regional teams to collect control and analyze ESG metrics for the Fluidra Group.
Your responsibilities:
- Preparation of Sustainability Reports.
- Lead the definition and standardization of ESG metrics in collaboration with internal teams.
- Define reporting systems and controls for sustainability information.
- Review sustainability information to ensure its quality and integrity.
- Participate in sustainability assessments and audits both internally and externally.
- Monitor and prepare reports on Fluidras performance regarding its ESG objectives.
- Support the development of internal projects within the ESG Department.
- Design and optimize internal ESG reporting procedures ensuring traceability and reliability of the reported information.
- Lead and coordinate a sustainability reporting team to ensure the collection control and analysis of ESG metrics at corporate and regional levels.
To succeed in this role youll need a positive attitude and the following:
- At least 5 years of similar experience inESGfinancial reporting or data auditing.
- Knowledge of the main sustainability reporting standards (CSRDESRS GRI SASB) and ratings (S&P CDP Sustainalytics MSCI).
- Knowledge of the double materiality methodology (ESRS).
- High proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Ability to analyze data including proficiency in Excel and comfort working with large complex datasets.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a team with multidisciplinary counterparts in a global environment spanning multiple time zones to achieve organizational objectives within set deadlines.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Passionate and eager to learn.
- Interest in sustainability topics.
- Previous experience in sustainability report verification processes will be valued.
- Previous experience in Risk Analysis EU Taxonomy Carbon Footprint calculation etc. will be valued.
- Knowledge of Power BI Workiva and IT systems in general.
