Multi Site General Manager in South West London Growing Gym Chain
Circa 40k plus bonus
This is an absolutely amazing opportunity to join an expanding fitness company as they look to continue their growth. Overseeing operations in 3 clubs will need to see the ideal candidate run successful clubs within a commercial corporate and residential environment.As the company look to expandtheir portfolio in the long term we are looking for a general manager who is commercially savvy member orientated and passionate about growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a successful sales strategy to increase membership in the commercial sites
- Oversee daytoday operations of the gym ensuring a highquality experience for all members and visitors.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement and retention and having a real focus on customer service.
- Lead mentor and develop a team of coaches and look to progress staff to their next level
- Manage budgets financials and operational resources to maximise efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe training environment.
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to boost membership growth and brand awareness.
- Facilitate collaborations with local community organisations to promote health fitness and wellness.
Qualifications: What Were Looking For
- GM experience ideally having worked in a boutique operator
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with members staff and external partners.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in using management software and tools to streamline operations.
