Contract Administrator
The Contract Administrator plays a key role in the presales process by owning the finalization of the legal project documentation required to initiate a service engagement. This resource follows and coordinates various elements of the Statement of Work to ensure quality and legal requirements are met in a service engagement opportunity.

As our Contract Administrator you ll be responsible for:
Working in conjunction with Sales Executives Journey Architects Engineering Managers Legal and the Project Management Office (PMO) to deliver a quality Statement of Work for our end client(S)
Coordinating and tracking Peer Review resources based on technical expertise within an established SLA.
Accountable for project booking activities within the Sales Force Platform in establish SLA.
Delivering continual process improvement initiatives with other business units.
Working with IT PreSales and other business units to maintain and improve SOW process and procedures
Responsible for managing escalations on assigned Statement of Work to ensure they are complete within SLA.
Ensuring accurate Statements of Work are sent to customers.
Engaging and coordinating with the Legal Team for custom Statements of Work
Providing adhoc reporting as needed
As our ideal candidate you ll have:
35 years experience with contract management customer support or a relevant operational role
A university degree or college diploma or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
Experience with Professional Services organization preferred
Experience in the IT industry strongly preferred
Exceptional written communication skills and keen attention to detail required.
Ability to interact professionally with senior management and other business units
Indepth knowledge of Excel & the full Microsoft Office suite
Previous experience working within Salesforce or another relevant CRM
High degree of initiative sense of urgency and responsiveness
Driven to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Selfdriven motivated to excel ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain productivity
