Job Description

Responsibilities:

Administrative Tasks:

Assists the SEA team in conducting internal and external meetings.
Handles all administrative activities of the team such as flight bookings accommodations prices comparison liquidations documentations and others.
Coordinates with local suppliers for any office purchases.
Maintains and keeps SEA business folders tools and systems are all up to date.
Collects all presentations training and marketing materials are all adherence to the company branding guidelines.
Follows up concerns and requests to the relevant department.
Ensures Admin account aspects in each distributor and dealers are correct and up to date.
Trains and Support distributor for any training needs (MPP Technical
Warranty etc.
Handles warranty administration registration process and ensure that all are up to date and reported to the relevant team.

Sales Tasks:

Participates and conducts weekly export meeting and prepares Minutes of the Meeting.
Coordinates and assists the Regional Sales Manager for any order follow ups and order processing.
Serves as the primary back up assistant in order processing in Salesforce to Priority manages freight and logistics in the absence of the export team.
Checks all stocks and inventories in a regular basis.
Provides any assistance to help the team reach the quarterly/annual targets.
Creates a database for possible distributors and dealers per country.

Marketing and Customer Support Tasks:

Attends and handles all inquiries from direct customers distributors and dealers.
Coordinates to the relevant department for any technical issues and provides exceptional experience to all stockholders.
Sets technical visits and coordinates schedules to the distributors and dealers.
Sends promotional update to the distributors and dealers.
Tracks all cases in salesforce
Ensures that all access of the distributors and dealers are up to date.
Coordinates sales and marketing campaigns using Asian Database including email text and phone calls.
Assists the SEA TEAM for ecom plans and implementation.
And other duties as requested by the immediate supervisor


Requirements

Requirements:

A bachelor s degree in business administration and/or any related course.
With at least 2 years of experience in the sales and administrative field preferably in B2B setup.
Advanced computer literacy skills (Excel PowerPoint Photoshop Canva)
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational and Presentation Skills
