You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager who is passionate about the Wise mission money without borders. Youll be part of the Wise Platform team in APAC working closely with our existing enterprise partners to help deliver world class payment service solutions powered by the Wise infrastructure.
Weve launched partnerships globally with the likes of Agoda Bank Mandiri and Aspire in APAC and today have 80 global banks and platforms connected and powered by Wise Platform.
A bit about the role:
You will be a Senior Account Manager within a fast growing regional commercial team responsible for driving growth with our existing partners in APAC. Youll identify upsell and crosssell opportunities across your partner portfolio execute the deals effectively and build relationships with key stakeholders.
The role is based in our Singapore office but you will also work closely with the Global Account Management and Customer Success teams based around the world. You will collaborate with other functions across Wise Platform and the wider Wise organisation including our product management engineering compliance & legal delivery as well as business development teams.
Your mission:
Work closely with Wise Platform partners and teams to identify progress and close a strong pipeline of opportunities within your existing accounts portfolio driving revenue and volume growth for Wise
Develop and actively manage comprehensive account plans for your partners articulating strategies for expansion and growth as well as retention
Establish strong relationships with your partners by understanding their strategic objectives define their priorities and be clear on their decision making process. Lead QBRs and become the subject matter expert for your partners
Design and manage stakeholder maps that capture essential contacts from Wise and the Partner and how they engage each other
Use data to identify opportunities and to inform datadriven dialogue with your partners
Provide consistent and concise internal updates on partner performance and engagements highlighting blockers and leveraging support across various functions
Collaborate closely with other Wise teams to develop and enhance Wise infrastructure capabilities through new partnership opportunities and product development
Work on projects and initiatives to improve our strategy and approach both within the APAC region and globally such as helping iterate our product roadmap pricing strategies go to market efforts or anything else that helps drive growth
Qualifications :
A bit about you:
You have a track record of successfully driving revenue growth from accounts in your portfolio
You have experience with domestic and international payment schemes ideally also in correspondent banking (SWIFT)
Youre familiar with the banks and financial services landscape in APAC and understand how crossborder payments works for them today
Youve previously worked and are comfortable in a faced paced and technical environment
Youre experienced in building and maintaining relationships with a range of stakeholders of all sizes from CEOs to head of payments network managers and product managers
Youre hands on not afraid to rollup your sleeves lead partner calls listen to their feedback and work with the wider team on devising a plan to achieve meeting partners expectations whilst achieving our objectives
Youre into the details you get close to deals and understand where we can invest to have the biggest impact
You have technical expertise helping a partner solution the best way to use Wise Platform as you are discussing commercial and legal terms
You are passionate about high growth businesses and have a desire to contribute significantly to our overarching Wise Platform mission
