Smart Savvy Associates is pleased to partner with their client an award-winning PR agency in their search for an Account Supervisor to lead public relations and communications efforts for a portfolio of client accounts.The ideal candidate thrives at crafting impactful PR campaigns cultivating strong media connections and building trusted lasting relationships with clients. This is a fast-paced agency role with plenty of varietyand even more opportunity to grow.
As Account Supervisor youll
- Lead PR strategies and storytelling campaigns for multiple consumer-facing brands.
- Craft compelling narratives lead client communications and ensure project execution runs smoothly.
- Pitch media oversee events and develop creative influencer and media programs.
- Build relationships and elevate clients brands across traditional and digital channels.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate across internal teams to align PR with broader marketing goals.
You have:
- 6 years of experiencein PR or communications with a minimum of 2 years of agency experience.
- Experience leading strategy development and execution across multiple client accounts.
- Experience overseeing a team of junior team members.
- Consumer media relations experience.
- Strong organizational communication and mentorship skills.
- A passion forabout communications hospitality and the local lifestyle and consumer scene.
- Existing media connections and experience pitching and securing media coverage.
- A natural inclination for project management and ability to multitaskand hit deadlines.
- A strategic creative mindset and are always looking for fresh ways to tell a story.
- Top-tier writing and editing skills.
- A team player mentalityleadership experience and a collaborative mindset.
- Hospitality and/or restaurant experience (ideally!)
Additional details
$75000- $85000 plus benefits technology and wellness bonus
Hybrid. Must be able to work three days a week at the Vancouver BC office.
