Verbanex Global is looking for Remote Customer Service Specialists to join our dynamic team. In this role you ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers assisting them with inquiries resolving issues and ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience.

What You ll Do:

Provide friendly professional and efficient customer support via phone email and chat
Address customer inquiries troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions
Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
Uphold company policies while delivering empathetic and personalized support



Requirements

What We re Looking For:

Strong communication skills with a customerfocused mindset
Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote setting
Problemsolving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with patience and efficiency
Techsavviness and proficiency with customer service software and tools
Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
