We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in campaigns optimisation strategies. This is a fulltime permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.
Position: Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Employment type: Fulltime hybrid work mode (MonFri 918)
Remuneration: Base salary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Implement optimization solutions by building campaigns for highvalue advertising customers.
Create keyword packs bids and budget suggestions.
Gather and analyze data at both account and campaign levels.
Create reports to support or aid the optimization strategies.
Use optimization techniques and align work with customers goals across Search Search Network (GSN) Mobile and Video.
Identify general opportunities in accounts to help seize sales opportunities.
Maintain a thorough understanding of departmental processes and policies.
Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation or improvement.
Requirements:
Native/fluent in German (C1) both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level).
Minimum of 12 years of experience in Digital Marketing roles.
Experience working in a B2B environment and active use of digital/internet and online applications (AdWords Advertising etc.).
AdWords Search Fundamentals certified (considered an advantage).
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel.
Technologically savvy with a strong interest in new digital marketing trends.
Ability to learn retain and apply large amounts of product process and policy information.
Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking analysis and attention to detail.
Strong work ethic with a constant focus on quality.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
