Role & Responsibilities As a Business Development Professional specializing in Recruitment you will be responsible for driving the growth of our recruitment services. Your role will include: Developing and implementing strategic business development plans to achieve recruitment goals. Identifying new business opportunities and establishing relationships with potential clients. Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of clients and candidates. Collaborating with recruitment teams to ensure efficient staffing solutions. Conducting market research to identify trends and areas for growth in recruitment services. Preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to clients. Tracking and reporting on business development metrics and KPIs. Engaging in networking activities to promote our brand and services. Mandatory Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or business development within the staffing industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software. Preferred Skills or Education Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field. Experience with recruitment marketing and talent sourcing strategies. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to adapt quickly to changing market dynamics. Passion for connecting talent with opportunity. Knowledge of digital recruitment tools and platforms. Salary Competitive salary of 120000 per month.
