Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and create customized travel experiences.
- Research and present destination options accommodations and activities based on client needs.
- Manage booking arrangements modifications and special requests.
- Maintain relationships with service providers to ensure toptier offerings.
- Stay up to date on industry trends promotions and travel regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer support and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Participate in virtual training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable access to a computer or smartphone with internet connectivity.
- Strong communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in internet research and digital booking platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Selfmotivated with a proactive and resultsdriven approach.
- Ability to attend webinarbased training sessions.
- Previous experience in customer service sales or hospitality is a plus but not required.
