Our client is a topnotch real estate company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Develop and execute real estate project development strategies within the assigned region aligning with the company s business objectives.
Oversee the entire project development lifecycle including market research investment evaluation financial planning legal procedures design construction and handover.
Identify assess and propose investment and strategic partnership opportunities to expand land banks and project portfolios.
Manage and monitor project progress ensuring quality cost efficiency and financial performance.
Establish and maintain relationships with local authorities partners investors and stakeholders to facilitate project implementation.
Lead train and develop the regional project development team to enhance efficiency and work quality.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree or higher in Business Administration Real Estate Economics or a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the real estate sector with at least 3 years in a senior management position in project development.
Indepth knowledge of legal processes planning investment and real estate project implementation in Vietnam.
Experience working with local authorities partners and stakeholders throughout the project development process.
Strong leadership team management negotiation and decisionmaking skills.
Ability to analyze market trends assess risks and develop effective investment strategies.
