We are looking to add a passionate and dedicated Integration Manager to our team in Yerevan!
What Youll get to do:
- Lead all integration planning and postintegration maintenance efforts for PartnerMatrix;
- Work with other Project Managers to coordinate deliveries of new integrations;
- Communicate project priorities monitor and escalate issues;
- Provide regular update reports to management as required;
- Have an overall view of the projects identify and eliminate roadblocks;
- Ensure that integration requirements are well defined;
- Ensure that the integration has all necessary approvals before Production (QA signoff Finance signoff Compliance signoff);
- Create and improve Integration related processes;
- QA testing;
- Designing tasks;
- Assisting Product Manager;
- Communicating with clients;
- Collaborating with developers.
What You need to shine:
- 2 years of experience as Project / Integration Manager in an IT company;
- Excellent Project Management skills;
- Good knowledge of Agile methods;
- Ability to quickly and clearly understand the business strategy to ensure the decisions are aligned accordingly;
- Experience working with and reporting to senior stakeholders across financial and operational functions of the business;
- Ability to work with crossfunctional teams;
- Ability to get things done under pressure;
- Experience in Requirements Management desired;
- Upperintermediate or advanced level of English.
Heres what we offer:
- Start with 24 days of annual leave with 2 additional days added each year up to 34 days by your fifth year with us.

- Hybrid work schedule: 60% work from the office and 40% work from home per quarter (during your first 3 months youll be in the office fulltime).

- 21 weeks of paid maternity leave exceeding the mandatory 18 weeks with the flexibility to work from home fulltime if returning to work before your child turns 1 year old
- 4 weeks of paternity leave plus the flexibility to work from home fulltime until your child is 13 weeks old.
