Join us as the R&D Lead where youll lead our Software Engineering team in designing implementing and operating our Digistat software product. Drive timely delivery and ensure process compliance while supporting customer satisfaction and sales success.
Your Contributions:
- Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
- Collaborate with other software developers business analysts and software architects to plan design
- Develop (as team) test and maintain web and desktopbased business applications. (coding is not a required task)
- Assist in the collection and documentation of users requirements development of user stories
- Estimates and work plans.
- Prepare reports manuals and other documentation on the status operation and maintenance of software.
- Participate in peerreviews of solution designs and related code.
- Support the V&V team in deployment of releases.
- Develop refine and tune integrations between applications.
- Analyze and provide guidance in solving technical and application problems.
- Adhere to highquality development principles while delivering solutions ontime and onbudget.
- Provide as team thirdlevel support to business users.
- Research and evaluate a variety of software products
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong work experience in software development.
- Experience managing developer teams of more than 3 persons.
- Understanding of software design and development.
- Business and technical education with a Master/Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience/track record in software engineering.
- Proven technical skills.
Language Skills:
- Fluent in a minimum of 2 languages both oral and written (English mandatory).
- Strong writing skills able to express ideas clearly in short easytoread texts.
