JD :

Seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager Activation & BTL with experience in managing operations for brand activations BTL campaigns and onground events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning execution and logistics of activations ensuring seamless implementation while maintaining highquality standards. This role demands a deep understanding of event production vendor management cost control and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Project Planning & Execution :

Oversee the endtoend execution of BTL activations roadshows mall activations retail promotions corporate events and brand experiences.

Develop detailed project plans timelines and operational checklists for each activation.

Ensure flawless onground execution with a strong focus on efficiency quality and costeffectiveness.

Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide realtime problemsolving during activations.

2. Vendor & Resource Management :

Identify negotiate and manage relationships with vendors fabricators suppliers production houses and logistics partners.

Ensure timely procurement and deployment of event materials branding elements and technical equipment.

Maintain a strong vendor database for competitive pricing and quality assurance.

3. Team & Manpower Coordination :

Manage and coordinate with onground execution teams supervisors promoters and production staff.

Assign responsibilities and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.

Conduct preevent briefings and ensure adherence to client requirements.

4. Budgeting & Cost Control :

Work closely with the client servicing person and regional head to develop project budgets and cost estimates.

Ensure activations are executed within budget while maintaining highquality standards.

Optimize operational costs by negotiating competitive rates and eliminating inefficiencies.

5. Compliance & Safety :

Ensure all events comply with legal safety and regulatory requirements.

Obtain necessary permissions licenses and approvals for activations and installations.

Implement risk management strategies to handle unexpected onground challenges.

6. Reporting & PostEvent Analysis :

Monitor performance metrics generate postevent reports and analyse operational efficiency.

Document learnings and suggest improvements for future activations.

Work closely with the client servicing and creative teams to ensure smooth project debriefs.

Key Skills & Requirements :

Experience in operations management for events activations and BTL marketing.

Strong knowledge of production fabrication logistics and vendor management.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.

Excellent negotiation communication and problemsolving skills.

Expertise in budget management and cost optimization

Handson experience with venue permissions safety compliance and event logistics.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large execution teams/vendors.

Techsavvy with experience in event management software and reporting tools.

Preferred Background :

Prior experience in managing activations for FMCG Retail Auto or Telecom brands.

Worked in a BTL agency handling executionheavy campaigns.

Understanding of digital integration in physical activations is a plus.
