Job Description

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to oversee and grow key accounts within the luxury goods sector. This role will focus on securing supply driving revenue growth and identifying new market opportunities in Hong Kong Macao and Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate should have strong account management skills a deep understanding of luxury ecommerce and a passion for the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage key accounts in the luxury goods sector ensuring strong relationships and consistent supply.
  • Develop datadriven sales strategies to optimize seller performance and increase revenue.
  • Set and track KPIs & OKRs implementing action plans to exceed targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reports (weekly monthly quarterly annual) to measure growth.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends identifying opportunities in new brands sellers and regions.
  • Act as a consultant to sellers advising on sales optimization platform understanding and inventory planning.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with internal teams on new market changes promotions and projects.
  • Ensure excellent communication to handle daily requests escalations and problemsolving.
  • Stay up to date with luxury industry trends product releases and consumer behaviors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development with at least 3 years in the ecommerce industry.
  • Experience in luxury goods (fashion handbags watches accessories) is preferred.
  • Fluent in Cantonese Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills; ability to use data to drive decisionmaking.
  • Proactive selfdriven and highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fastpaced everchanging environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other business analytics tools.
  • Bachelors degree or above in Business Marketing or a related field.
