Urgently looking for : AEM Project Manager
Location: Malvern PA
Duration: Contract
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Manage AEM Projects: Oversee the entire lifecycle of AEM projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their needs are met.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers designers and business analysts to deliver highquality solutions.
Project Planning: Create detailed project plans timelines and milestones.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status issues and progress.
Agile Methodology: Utilize Agile principles to manage project workflows and adapt to changes quickly.
Required Skills:
Experience with AEM: Proven experience managing projects involving Adobe Experience Manager.
Project Management: Strong project management skills including planning execution and risk management.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
ProblemSolving: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate project teams.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of AEM architecture and related technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification: PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in a consulting or clientfacing role.
Tools: Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA Trello or Microsoft Project.
