Job Summary:
CIG Motors a leading automobile company is seeking a resultsdriven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth expand our customer base and enhance brand presence. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional with strong sales acumen excellent customer relationship skills and a deep understanding of the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and engage potential customers through strategic prospecting and networking.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends leveraging insights to optimize sales approaches.
- Drive corporate and fleet sales by identifying highvalue clients and negotiating contracts.
Customer Relationship Management
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients needs and recommending suitable vehicle models and financing options.
- Maintain strong postsales relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering longterm partnerships.
- Manage a portfolio of clients proactively engaging them for repeat sales and referrals.
Negotiation & Closing Deals
- Present compelling product demonstrations and sales pitches tailored to customer preferences.
- Handle pricing negotiations tradein evaluations and financing discussions with professionalism and strategic insight.
- Ensure timely deal closures while adhering to company policies and profitability goals.
Brand Representation & Market Positioning
- Act as an ambassador for CIG Motors promoting the company s products and services at trade shows corporate events and dealership activations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive promotional campaigns and generate leads.
- Maintain a strong presence on digital platforms to engage with potential customers and enhance brand visibility.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate sales records generate reports and provide insights into sales performance customer behavior and market trends.
- Use CRM tools effectively to track customer interactions and sales pipelines.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing customer service and finance to ensure seamless sales operations.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
2 years of proven experience in automobile sales or a related industry.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
