Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned and resultsoriented Business Development Representative with a proven track record in inside sales. The ideal candidate will drive strategic lead generation efforts manage complex sales cycles and contribute significantly to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead outbound prospecting initiatives and engage with highvalue leads to generate qualified sales opportunities.
2. Oversee the full sales cycle from lead identification to deal closure ensuring seamless CRM management and data accuracy.
3. Develop an indepth understanding of the company’s products services and market positioning to provide tailored solutions.
4. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize sales strategies and customer engagement.
5. Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
6. Stay informed about industry trends competitive offerings and market dynamics to adapt and refine sales strategies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or related fields; MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales business development or B2B sales.
Demonstrated expertise in CRM tools and sales methodologies.
• Experience in cloud technologies SaaS or IT solutions is highly desirable.
