Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will provide highlevel administrative and operational support to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the CFO s office. The EA will handle confidential financial information manage schedules coordinate meetings and facilitate communication between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage the CFO s calendar schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize financial reports presentations and documents for board meetings investor meetings and executive briefings.
- Screen and prioritize emails phone calls and correspondence on behalf of the CFO.
- Maintain financial records reports and other sensitive documents with discretion.
- Assist in drafting and proofreading reports contracts and agreements.
Financial & Business Coordination:
- Support the CFO in monitoring budgets forecasts and financial performance reports.
- Liaise with the finance team to track deadlines financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate meetings with auditors investors and financial institutions.
Stakeholder & Communication Management:
- Act as a liaison between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders including senior executives government agencies financial institutions and regulatory bodies.
- Handle confidential financial matters with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare agendas take minutes and follow up on action points from executive meetings.
- Assist in coordinating financial events investor meetings and board presentations.
Project & Operational Support:
- Manage special projects assigned by the CFO ensuring timely execution and followthrough.
- Work closely with finance accounting and legal teams to streamline processes.
- Develop and implement administrative systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration Economics or a related field.
Minimum of 1 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant preferably supporting Clevel executives in a financerelated role.
Strong understanding of financial principles reports and budgeting.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook) and financial reporting tools.
Experience in the automobile industry or a financerelated field is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fastpaced highpressure environment with minimal supervision.
