Job objective(s)
- To drive the savings portfolio growth of the bank.
- To grow the retail customers base of the bank.
- Liaising with Regions/branches to provide strategic market support.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate/provide guide for savings product development enhancement and management.
- Package and implement all savings product related Loyalty Schemes
- Liaise with CBN on all issues relating to savings product features e.g ensure that we obtain CBN approvals for all savings products developed/enhanced etc.
- Attend bank s product review meeting at CBN.
- Package and implement all savings product related promo campaigns.
- Continuous monitoring of Savings product performance/revalidate strategies to ensure optimal performance.
- Evolve strategic marketing initiatives as well as product loyalty scheme to growing savings products e.g. SWEETA & FPSS Loyalty schemes alliances with companies for event marketing.
- Defending/making presentation on product market initiatives before the EXCO and securing approval to implement same.
- Liaise with promo regulators on promo issues and also implement the same ensuring that targets are met.
- Supervises the savings product managers to ensure that the overall target is achieved.
- Mobilization/sensitization of sales teams to key into Savings product growth initiatives.
- Packaging/implementing Savings promos etc.
Requirements
Minimum Education Qualifications
Minimum educational level Bachelor s degree or HND with a Master s Degree
Previous Work Experience Requirements
Minimum requisite experience: 14 Years
