Job Description:
We are seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused Customer Service Representative to assist with appointment scheduling cancelations and rescheduling using our software program iinsight. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and strong English communication skills to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
This role requires handling customer inquiries and providing assistance as needed. We are open to both parttime and fulltime candidates with the potential need for one or two agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule cancel and reschedule appointments using iinsight
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Ensure accuracy in all customer interactions and data entry
- Provide excellent customer service through clear and effective communication
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in customer service and/or administrative support
- Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling software (experience with iinsight is a plus)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to customer service
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
