Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our real estate team specializing in selling premium villas. The ideal candidate should have experience in highvalue real estate sales a strong understanding of the market and the ability to drive highticket transactions.
Key Responsibilities: - Proactively generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Conduct site visits and present project details to potential buyers.
- Build and maintain relationships with highnetworth individuals and investors.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance lead generation efforts.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends pricing and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
- Manage and execute sales strategies for properties with budgets up to 2 crore.
Key Requirements: - Experience: 17 years in real estate sales preferably in villas.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Customercentric approach with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Other: Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
