Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our real estate team specializing in selling premium villas. The ideal candidate should have experience in highvalue real estate sales a strong understanding of the market and the ability to drive highticket transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Conduct site visits and present project details to potential buyers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with highnetworth individuals and investors.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends pricing and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
  • Manage and execute sales strategies for properties with budgets up to 2 crore.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience: 17 years in real estate sales preferably in villas.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Customercentric approach with a passion for sales.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Other: Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
