Location: Bexley
Start Date: April 2025
Contract: FullTime Permanent
Salary: Dependent on experience
Are you a caring and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) looking to support young learners in a nurturing and inclusive environment A blossoming primary school in Bexley is seeking a passionate LSA to join their team. Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA):
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students helping them engage with the curriculum.
Assist teachers in delivering tailored lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
Support students with SEN and additional needs fostering confidence and independence.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
Work closely with teachers SENCOs and parents to ensure holistic student support.
Encourage social and emotional development helping students build key life skills.
Who Were Looking For:
Previous experience as an LSA Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role (preferred).
A patient compassionate and adaptable approach to working with children.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A passion for supporting young learners and helping them succeed.
An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
