We use a unique approach based on Artificial Intelligence custom models per user using satellite technology and other data sources (drone meteo soil etc.). Users of our technology leverage their decisionmaking systems on information and knowledge generated on a fieldbyfield basis withwith yield predictions as a core driver.
LAYERS our software offers analytics to the agricultural sector with a large direct impact. We diferenciate 3 different Buyer Person: Field Management Risk Management and Sustainability Controlers. For Field Management through our data predictions our users can improve the efficiency in logistics (harvest organization or season organization) or treatments (sowing fertilization irrigation etc.) and generate estimations in yield (tonnes per hectare). In Risk Management users our data helps traders insurance companies or corporations reducing their risk in their decisions related to field assets. And for Sustainability Controlers we help our customer to control and validate correct field assets.

The LAYERS Revenue Team is the key area of the company with 3 different areas: New sales Distibutor Support and Customer Success. Yearly quarterly monthly and weekly intervals are the heartbump of our sales processes.
LAYERS is composed of a webapp and also a mobileapp. Our software constitutes the heart of the customer ecosystem where data analysis and prognosis is presented in analytical and insightful web dashboard formats. Thanks to this our customers can monitor their crops and perform better business decisions in their agroindustrial companies.
The HEMAV family is currently composed of a team of around 40 persons with offices in Spain Brazil Argentina and the USA. We have around 12 regional partners distributed between more than 24 countries in Europe America and Africa. More than 5000 users have access to the platform with service in 5 million Hectares.

What is your mission in HEMAV
As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) you will be responsible for all revenuegenerating activities across HEMAV driving sustainable growth and expansion of our LAYERS platform globally. Your mission is to scale our revenue operations from current 2.4M ARR to 4.5M ARR in 2025 and 10M ARR by 2027 while maintaining our high customer satisfaction and retention rates. Were looking for a sales leader who can win over the team customers and industry.
You will lead and align all revenuerelated functions including sales customer success and strategic partnerships. Working closely with the CEO and product teams youll help shape HEMAVs gotomarket strategy and execute our ambitious growth plans across multiple geographies and agricultural sectors.
The current ticket size is between 30 and 200k/yr sales volume 38 sales per month and deal cycle between 6 and 8 months. With you we aim to improve all those.

Location: BCN Timezone /3h Hybrid Work Model
While we embrace remote work regular presence at key office locations will be required for team leadership and strategic meetings.
High attendance to the office shall be expected during the first 36 months as this key position will carry a heavy responsibility not only from a revenue.
Technical Skills
10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales leadership rolesProven track record of scaling revenue operations from 1M to 10M ARRStrong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and B2B SaaS metricsExperience with international markets particularly in LATAM and EuropeProven ability to build and manage distributor networksKnowledge of CRM systems and sales operations toolsExperience with customer success and account management strategiesMultilingual capabilities (English Spanish Portuguese)
Nice to have:
Experience in AgTech or precision agriculture industryBackground in sustainability or ESG initiativesKnowledge of blockchain technology applications in agricultureUnderstanding of AI/ML technologies and their business applicationsExperience with predictive analytics or data science productsMBA or relevant advanced degreeFluent in Portuguese
