Job Overview:
We are looking for a detailoriented and customerfocused Itinerary Services Specialist to join our team. In this role you will work with clients to design plan and manage personalized travel itineraries. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of trip planning ensuring each travel experience is seamless and memorable. If you are passionate about travel and delivering exceptional customer service we d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences and goals.
- Research and curate customized travel itineraries including accommodations transportation and excursions.
- Confirm and manage all bookings and reservations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide ongoing support to clients before and during their travels handling any changes or issues promptly.
- Stay informed about travel trends destinations and supplier options to offer the best recommendations.
- Ensure all client communications reflect high professionalism and a customerfirst approach.
- Build and maintain relationships with travel suppliers and vendors to ensure the best offerings for clients.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Access to a computer or smartphone with reliable internet.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Internet and technology proficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Selfmotivated with a proactive and solutionoriented approach.
- Ability to attend webinar trainings as required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Preferred Skills:
- Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Proficiency in internet research and travel technology platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding abilities.
