Position : Reservations Manager
Working Schedule : 8a5p MST or 9a6p MST
Salary Range :LatAmPH $1100$1200 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused Reservation Manager to oversee and manage our reservation system as we scale from 40 to 220 spaces. This role involves setting up and managing reservation software handling both shortterm and longterm bookings assisting customers with inquiries and adjustments and ensuring seamless communication with both clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills excellent communication abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel. Spanish language skills are required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reservation System Management: Set up configure and maintain reservation software to accommodate the increase in capacity.
- Booking Coordination: Oversee the booking process for both shortterm and longterm rentals ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Customer Support & Adjustments: Answer customer inquiries regarding reservations availability and policies and assist with changes or modifications as needed.
- LongTerm Client Communication & Collections: Maintain communication with longterm renters facilitate payments and assist with any issues that arise.
- Reporting & Accounting Support: Generate reports and export reservation data into CSV templates for accounting purposes.
- Administrative Support: Utilize Microsoft Office tools especially Excel to track and manage reservation data effectively.
- Communication & Customer Interaction: Provide clear professional verbal and written communication with clients throughout the day.
- Language Skills: Spanish proficiency is required as some longterm clients are Spanishspeaking.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1 years of experience in reservations hospitality property management or a related field.
- Proficiency in reservation or booking software (experience with software implementation is a plus).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and problemsolve in a fastgrowing environment.
- Spanish language is required both verbal and written.
