As a Sales Engineer you will play a crucial role in the sales process acting as the technical bridge between potential customers and the ReviewPro platform. You will work closely with the sales team to understand client needs deliver compelling product demonstrations and ensure that our solutions align with the customers business objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in showcasing the value of ReviewPros solutions to hoteliers worldwide (Hotel Reputation Guest Surveys Case Management and Guest Communications).
Key Responsibilities
PreSales Support & Solution Consulting
- Act as the technical expert in client engagements supporting the sales team in positioning ReviewPros products effectively.
- Participate discovery calls to understand client requirements and align them with ReviewPros solutions.
- Deliver engaging and tailored product demonstrations showcasing the value of AIdriven review response reputation management guest surveys and messaging.
- Address technical questions and concerns from prospects and customers.
- Support RFP/RFI responses by providing technical and functional expertise.
Product & Industry Expertise
- Stay up to date with ReviewPros product developments and industry trends in guest experience technology.
- Develop deep knowledge of competitor solutions and articulate ReviewPros unique value proposition against them.
- Translate complex technical features into business benefits that resonate with hospitality clients.
Technical Advisory
- Collaborate with internal product and development teams to relay customer feedback and potential feature enhancements.
Qualifications :
MustHave:
- Experience in the Hospitality or SaaS Industry Strong understanding of hotel operations guest feedback management and hospitality technology.
- Technical Acumen Ability to explain APIs integrations and product functionalities to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Excellent Communication Skills Ability to present complex concepts in a simple and engaging way.
- Presentation & Demonstration Skills Comfortable delivering product demos to audiences of different levels from hotel managers to corporate decisionmakers.
- ProblemSolving Mindset Ability to analyze customer challenges and propose practical solutions with ReviewPros technology.
- Fluent English
Preferred:
- Familiarity with AIdriven guest feedback & automation technologies.
- Understanding of PMS CRM and other hotel tech systems.
- Previous experience in working with RFPs and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (a plus for global markets).
