What Youll Do

Youll work closely with divisional Directors to develop and implement a people strategy that drives business success. As a key partner you will lead on talent and succession planning ensuring we attract develop and retain top talent. Your role will also involve recruitment management working collaboratively with hiring managers and our Talent Acquisition team to ensure we bring in the best people for our growing business.

In a fastmoving environment youll be responsible for delivering organisational change and transformation including restructuring projects. Youll provide expert guidance on employee relations and compliance ensuring managers are wellequipped to handle employment law and conflict resolution. By using HR analytics youll identify trends measure performance and drive employee engagement. Building trusted relationships with senior leaders youll ensure our people initiatives align with overall business goals.

What Were Looking For

Were looking for a commercially minded HR leaderwith a track record of delivering businessaligned people strategies. Youll need strong change management expertise including experience with recruitment restructuring and performance management.

A resilient and agile approach is essentialyoull thrive in a fastpaced environment managing multiple priorities while keeping a peoplefirst mindset. Strong analytical skills and experience in workforce planning will help you make datadriven decisions.
