Job Summary
Our Client is looking to hire a Territory Manager LPG Sales who will be responsible for growing sales volumes and margins for LPG and its accessories within the assigned territory. The role involves managing distributors supermarkets hotels and resellers while ensuring effective territory coverage account management and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales management grow sales to achieve set targets.
- Territory Management with daily performance monitoring
- Market intelligence Gather and share sales and marketing intelligence
- Account management: Management of Trade Accounts Receivables (TAR) within approved credit
- policy.
- Vetting recruitment and development of new sales accounts.
- Stock management for all our customers.
- Field visits to existing and potential customers to evaluate product placement
- Coordination of regular training on Customer service safety and product knowledge
- Sharing daily sales report weekly reports and monthly market report to help track on the monthly target
- as well as the MTD performance.
- Ensure compliance of LN 100 and any other applicable regulations by the customers.
- To carry out any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in sales and marketing preferably in LPG or FMCG.
Strong selling negotiation and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel Outlook).
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Valid driver s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories
Working Conditions:
- Frequent customer visits and market scouting requiring travel across different counties.
- Office work involving account management meetings and reporting.
University degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field in Supply Chain (logistics). At least one to two years of experience in Supply Chain Department. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Able and willing to travel frequently to field sites. Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with good listening and critical reasoning skills. Ability to manage a complex and diverse workload and work with tight deadlines. The ability to work closely within a team and to improvise and work in an atmosphere that can be stressful. Great service attitude towards customer satisfaction Demonstrate ability to handle pressure and perform duties well to completion Capacity Management, Order Processing Management, Inventory Management and Optimization, Knowledge of continuous Process Programs and Demand Management skills
