Ensure seamless caregiver scheduling by managing clockins handling inquiries and coordinating updates. Monitor staff activity perform essential administrative tasks and provide professional support to clients and caregivers. Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to caregivers and clients to confirm schedules and clockins
- Monitor and manage staff clockins and clockouts using specialized systems
- Assist with schedule changes and updates as needed
- Perform administrative tasks related to email management and checklist completion
- Ensure all client and caregiver inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally
- Handle approximately 100150 calls per shift
- Manage schedules and clockins for a pool of about 700 caregivers
- Utilize RingCentral phone system and company VPN for secure access
- Potential to expand responsibilities to include CRM management in the future
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
Proficiency in basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
Customer service orientation with a patient and professional demeanor
