You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Business Development Team Leader you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Business Developers working for the UK market while being based in Portugal. This role requires a dynamic and resultsoriented individual with a proven track record in sales leadership and a strong understanding of the IT consulting landscape. You will be responsible for driving team performance coaching and mentoring team members and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead manage and motivate a team of Business Developers working on the UK market.
Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales processes.
Report on team performance and sales metrics.
Stay uptodate on industry trends and competitor activities in the UK market.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a sales team leader preferably in a call center environment.
Strong understanding of the IT consulting industry.
Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Resultsoriented and driven to achieve targets.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
Ability to work independently.
Based in Portugal with a focus on the UK market.
