This is a remote position.
We are looking for a highly motivated and resultsdriven Client Acquisition Specialist (PartTime) to join our team. This role is crucial in driving business growth by identifying potential clients building relationships and closing deals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales lead generation and strategic market research.
Identify and source potential clients through various channels including online research social media networking events and referrals.
Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and initiate conversations with potential clients.
Develop and implement effective strategies to generate qualified leads and convert them into longterm business relationships.
Maintain a database of prospects and track interactions using CRM tools.
Schedule and conduct discovery calls to understand potential clients needs and pain points.
Present customized solutions to prospects showcasing the value of our services.
Handle objections effectively and provide solutions to address client concerns.
Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients to establish trust and credibility.
Act as the primary point of contact for new clients ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Follow up with leads in a timely manner to keep them engaged and informed about our services.
Develop and execute sales plans tailored to the target audience and industry needs.
Identify opportunities for growth and expansion by analyzing market trends and competitor strategies.
Collaborate with marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach efforts.
Work closely with internal teams including marketing and operations to align sales efforts with company goals.
Provide insights and feedback from client interactions to help improve products and services.
Participate in team meetings to share progress and brainstorm new strategies.
Collect and analyze client feedback to enhance service delivery.
Utilize feedback to refine sales approaches and improve customer satisfaction.
Report key insights to management to drive business decisions.
Proven experience in client acquisition sales or business development.
Strong communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
Excellent problemsolving skills and a resultsdriven mindset.
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred but not required).
