Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for an Accounts Assistant:
Job Responsibilities
- Support automation initiatives and process improvements within the finance function.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate billing records.
- Generate and issue invoices in a timely manner.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and process receipts accordingly.
- Ensure billing collection and reporting activities are completed within designated deadlines.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between financial records and bank statements.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in receipts and bank transactions.
- Process receipts and cash transactions in accordance with established procedures.
- Update and maintain bankrelated schedules for reporting purposes.
- Conduct bankrelated tasks such as depositing cheques and collecting cashiers orders.
- Carry out any additional tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least an OLevel or any relevant courses in Accounting.
- At least one year of experience in an accountingrelated role.
- Responsible proactive and able to take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 2800 VB (2 Months)
- Working Location: Newton
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
