Job Description
As part of our caf team you will work in a welcoming Nordic caf environment integrated in our store where you never lose focus on quality service and providing our guests with an experience they will remember. Putting the guest first and being flexible comes naturally for you. You and your team will be responsible for creating a warm and inspiring caf environment together with a unique local service culture. Your role is essential in creating welcoming experiences that showcase the best of our brand.
Youll have the opportunity to provide customer with highlevel service at every turn. From welcoming and actively attending to the customer every need in a warm and genuine way. Your responsibilities include provide quality beverage and food products at a consistently high standard you promote the culture values and concept of the caf as a whole. You contribute to the daily operation of the caf in store.
While previous experience in customer service in food and beverage industry are nice to have theyre not mandatory.
Qualifications :
- Customerfocused; you have a genuine interest in getting to know our customers and offering an experience and level of service to match their expectations
- Proactive; you use your initiative to provide customers with a memorable caf experience
- Curious; you seek opportunities to improve everyday processes and routines and take proactive action where needed
- You listen to and show interest in others ideas and opinions
- Youre honest and genuine in your approach
- You are communicative positive and openminded
- Youre willing to learn and adapt
- Youre collaborative inclusive and supportive of others
- You have at least B1 Estonian level English would be an asset
- Required Hygiene training certificate and Health check certificate
Additional Information :
