You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailSitting within the Employability team at Catch22 the Digital Campaign Manager will play a key role in driving the success of our Digital Skills Academy programme. This includes leading on referrals for our 1618 cohorts building relationships with educational institutions and promoting our Train the Trainer AI programme to external partners.
You will deliver and expand the communications strategy for our employability programmes with a specific focus on digital and external training initiatives. This includes creating highquality communications content for our website social media channels and promotional materials as well as planning and delivering impactful events.
Main Duties & Accountabilities
Design and execute creative digital campaigns to raise awareness about the Digital Skills Academy and its initiatives.
Manage campaign budgets timelines and KPIs to ensure effective delivery and impact.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance providing regular reports and insights to optimise strategies.
Establish and nurture partnerships with educational institutions particularly those supporting young people aged 1618.
Identify opportunities to expand the Academys network across the education and employment sectors.
Engage with organisations to promote and support responsible AI use in recruitment practices.
Create compelling digital content to communicate the Academys mission values and successes.
Organise and participate in events workshops and webinars to showcase the Academys initiatives.
Support the delivery of programmes and campaigns aligned with the Academys goals.
Some facilitation and facetoface delivery of the programme may also be required.

What does good look like for this role
Organisational Relationships
This role reports to the Senior Operations Manager which sits within the Operations team. You will work closely with the Partnerships team for this employability programme and members of the Communications team.You will also represent Catch22s communications team at partnership meetings relating to the Catch22 Digital programmes.
Qualifications :
Educated to GCSE 5 levels AC level or with equivalent professional experience.

Hours of work: Full time 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Flexibility: Remote working with national travel required
