Job Description

Job Title: People Solutions Partner

Location: Portland ME

Duration: 6 months Contract

Rate: $37 Hourly

Description:

The People Solution Partner (PSP) provides a range of services in support of the HR Operations function and overall HR service delivery model. This role will provide exceptional customer service as well as subject matter expertise on the processes supported. The PSP will serve as the first point of contact for Tier 1 HR related questions by responding to incoming inquiries and cases related to a variety of common HR processes and procedures. The PSP will also provide solutions and support across a variety of crossfunctional projects process workflows collaborating with all functional areas of HR to develop and implement initiatives to address employee concerns promote a positive work environment and be a trusted resource for our HR business partners and people leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Respond accurately timely and consistently to incoming inquiries and change requests within required standards and service level agreements (SLAs).

Ensure that correct and concise information is captured in the Service Now case management system to allow for an audit trail and accurate metrics reporting.

Provide tactical onsite support to HR business partners and local business leaders.

Partner with other HR departments to support our Total Health and retirement programs people review processes benefits/career fairs and special projects and initiatives as needed.

Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows enhance efficiency and optimize the employee and people leader experience

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in human resources business administration or a related field (or 5 years equivalent experience).

At least 3 years of experience in a human resources or people advisory role.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Intermediate in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word Excel PowerPoint).

Strong ability to identify issues and offer practical solutions.

Clear concise and effective communicator with employees and people leaders.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
