Job Description
We are seeking a Product Manager / Business Analyst with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) AI applications and Agile methodologies to define the product vision drive roadmap execution and ensure successful delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with crossfunctional teams including AI researchers engineers designers and business stakeholders to build innovative AIpowered solutions that align with market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define & Execute Product Strategy:
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap for AIdriven applications.
- Identify market trends customer needs and business opportunities in the AI/LLM space.
- Product Development & Roadmap Prioritization:
- Work with engineering and data science teams to translate product vision into detailed requirements.
- Prioritize features based on customer impact business goals and technical feasibility.
- Ensure continuous alignment with Agile best practices including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
AI & LLM Expertise:
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to define model requirements and evaluate AI solutions.
- Understand LLM capabilities limitations and responsible AI principles.
- Drive experiments model finetuning and AI feature enhancements.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Act as the bridge between business technical teams and endusers.
- Effectively communicate product insights requirements and updates to stakeholders.
- Create detailed documentation including PRDs user stories and acceptance criteria.
- User Experience & Market Research:
- Conduct user research analyze feedback and iterate on AIpowered product features.
- Monitor competitive landscape and drive differentiation strategies.
Qualifications :
Must have Skills: Generative AI Fundamentals (Strong) Program Backlog Management (Expert) Jira.
- Strong experience in Product Management / Business Analysis preferably in AI ML or LLMbased products.
- Strong understanding of LLMs NLP Generative AI and machine learning concepts.
- Experience working in an Agile environment collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Familiarity with AI/ML model evaluation metrics and finetuning strategies.
- Strong datadriven decisionmaking with experience using SQL analytics tools or A/B testing.
Leadership:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problemsolving ability and a bias for action in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into simple actionable business insights.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI Anthropic Cohere etc.).
- Handson experience with Python AI workflows or prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of MLOps model deployment and cloudbased AI services (AWS Azure GCP).
- Certifications in AI Data Science or Agile Product Management.
